Educators do not have the computer skills they need to support students in a digital world. We talk about 21st Century skills for our students but what about for our educators? It's not just the ability to use products but also the skills to innovate with them. How are we supporting educators in developing uses for technology which work for what they are teaching? How are we providing educators the skills they need to not just be users of technology but masters of it? How can we give teachers the tools they need to develop efficient workflows for their class that work for them?
