My challenge is to support faculty supervisors who are struggling to keep track and manage their students’ research project (FYP) and the documentations that come with supervision work. This is essential because newly appointed supervisors are not formally trained to supervise and guide students' in their research projects. The supervisors are also overwhelmed with the amount of documentations to be familiar with; such as application forms, consultation reports, filing in problematic cases, grading rubrics and guidelines. In addition, the supervisors are currently operating using a disorganised system which also lacks workflows.
