The challenge that I am currently experiencing in education is the automation of program or activity documentation does not exist. Most of the teachers found doing documentation or reports manually and the documents do not keep in a place that can be accessed easily when it is needed. Thus, it creates frustration and time-wasting among teachers. In that regard, it causes the lag time for the administration.
