Challenge

I live in Gyeongnam, 300km away from the capital of the Republic of Korea. Before Covid-19, when a lot of education was concentrated offline, living in a province other than the metropolitan area in Korea like me meant inequality of education opportunity. Even if It can be reached in an hour by plane, the difference between the metropolitan area and the non-metropolitan area is as big as night and day. There is an old saying, "Send horses to Jeju, people to Seoul." But Covid-19 has changed a lot. Online videoconferencing tools are becoming more and more powerful, and there are new various ways of education opportunities. However, there are still not many people in the provinces who recognize this diversified flow of education and find opportunities. This may not be a big deal for people who are already adults and live in rural areas, but children are not. What children see and learn now can be the things that determine their future. You may not have been able to see it because you did not have the opportunity before, but now you may not see it because you did not find the opportunity. I want to find a way to solve this problem.
