The challenge that I am currently experiencing in education is collecting and gathering data from the teachers. I am the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Coordinator, and this is on top of my teaching load. As part of the School Monitoring and Evaluation Adjustment Committee (SMEA), I am assigned for the data management. Together with the SMEA coordinator, it is challenging to collect and gather the data from 39 teachers on time. Teachers have an average of 33 students per class. There are different data needed and there are also data that are asked perennially. The person asking for the data are usually the district and subject supervisors.
