My challenge is to find some way to get our educators inspired and motivated for professional development without getting exhausted. It seems that there is no suitable time from a day, where teacher's would have time and motivation to let themselves enter into some new and start experiencing something new in the field of education. Teachers are tired and worn out in general. I would like to see teacher's back on track and working happy to educate our hopes of the future. I believe that finding some non-stressful way of developing teacher's skills would be change the worrying trend that seems to be going on.
